A Leader With a 28-year Track Record
Tobias M. Pjedsted is the Founder and CEO of the US Green Card Office (USGCO), a professional immigration service he founded in 1998 and has led with distinction for 28 years. Under his leadership, USGCO has assisted more than 400,000 families with the US Diversity Visa Program, establishing itself as one of the most established professional immigration services in its field. This entrepreneurial legacy reflects Tobias’s ability to build, scale, and sustain a globally relevant business over nearly three decades, exactly the mindset QuaidTech is bringing to its next phase of growth.
Beyond his entrepreneurial achievements, Tobias is actively involved in community leadership and service. He currently serves as President of the Rotary Club of Pattaya (2026–27), part of Rotary International’s global network of more than 1.2 million members dedicated to humanitarian service, professional development, and community impact. Founded in 1972, the Rotary Club of Pattaya is the first and oldest Rotary club in Pattaya and continues to play an important role in supporting local and international charitable initiatives. His leadership within Rotary reflects the same values he brings to business: integrity, service, collaboration, and a commitment to creating meaningful and lasting results.

In his new role, Tobias will initially lead QuaidTech’s expansion across Southeast Asia, overseeing the company’s entry into Thailand, where Quaid Technologies is currently in the process of formal registration and the establishment of its first regional branch. This positions QuaidTech to serve a rapidly growing market with world-class IT services, digital solutions, and managed technology offerings.
But the mandate does not stop there. Tobias’s Danish background and long-standing professional relationships across Europe make him an equally valuable force in QuaidTech’s European ambitions. Having built and operated an international business for nearly three decades, working with customers, partners, and service providers across Europe and around the world, he brings a deep understanding of European business culture, client expectations, and international business development. This combination of global entrepreneurial experience and strong European connections is both rare and strategically valuable as QuaidTech continues its international expansion.
As QuaidTech scales, Tobias will play a central role in opening doors across European markets, building partnerships, driving business development, and positioning the company as a credible, high-quality IT services partner for European enterprises. His induction is not just an addition to the board; it is a deliberate, forward-looking move toward making Quaid Technologies a truly global operation, from Islamabad to Copenhagen, from Bangkok to Brussels.
