Scope

Engagement

Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel before work starts without penalty
  • After commencement, cancellation may incur a fee based on completion stage

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued once work has begun and invoices are generated
  • Refunds are only applicable in case of billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of invoice issuance, with supporting documentation

3. Late Cancellations / No-Show

  • Cancelling a meeting within 24 hours may incur a fee
  • No-shows for booked consultations may be billed

4. Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage mutual discussion to resolve billing or delivery issues
  • Unresolved issues may go to mediation or legal action under UK law
